  Sri Vishwavasu Ugadi Celebrations.

  Ugadi, the beginning of the Hindu New Year and the start of the Sri Vishwavasu Nama Samvatsara, was celebrated on March 30, 2025. The Samvatsara is a 60-year cycle in the Hindu calendar, and "Vishwavasu" represents a year of universal harmony, kindness, and well-being.

  Temple Pavitrotsavam.

  Pavitrotsavam, meaning "festival of purification," is a yearly ritual in Hindu temples, particularly in the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), performed to cleanse the temple and priests of any unintentional omissions or commissions in the previous year's rituals. It's a penitential and propitiatory festival aimed at ensuring the temple's and priests' ritual purity.
