Lord Venkateswara
Lord Venkateswara, is the presiding deity of the temple. He is one of the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu and is the preserver of the Universe.
He represents the function of sustenance in creation.According to the Hindu Scriptures, Vishnu, out of love for his devotees incarnated as Venkateswara and appeared for the salvation and elevate humanity in this Kali Yuga and is considered the supreme form of Vishnu in this age.
Venkateswara(Venkata+Eswara) means the Lord who destroys the sins of the people. This deity is in similar Lord Balaji at Tirumala, Tirupati in India.
He is considered an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, embodying compassion, protection, and divine mercy.He is believed to be the saviour who destroys sins and grants boons to devotees. The Venkateswara Temple at Tirumala is regarded as his earthly abode, a "Kaliyuga Vaikuntham" (heaven on earth during the Kali Yuga).He is worshipped as a source of prosperity and divine protection. He is known by various names like Balaji, Srinivasa, Venkatachalapathi, and Govinda. Lord Venkateswara is often associated with the qualities of patience, sacrifice, and the promise of helping devotees overcome challenges.
